§ 1-6-103.7. Unaffiliated voters - self-nomination

No later than the last Tuesday of April in even-numbered years, any registered elector who is unaffiliated with a political party or political organization may give notice in writing to the clerk and recorder of the county in which such elector resides offering to serve as an election judge and stating that the elector is a registered elector and is unaffiliated with any political party or political organization.
