§ 1-6-103.5. Recommendations by minor political parties

No later than the last Tuesday of April in even-numbered years, the county chairperson or other authorized official of a minor political party may certify to the county clerk and recorder the names and addresses of registered electors recommended to serve as election judges for one or more precincts in the county. If the list contains more than one name for any precinct in the county, the order of preference shall be indicated. The county clerk and recorder shall select election judges from the party according to such order of preference, if indicated.
