UHT flavored reduced-fat, lowfat, or light (lite) milk is market milk, evaporated market milk, condensed market milk, or dried market milk, or any combination thereof, which contains harmless sweetening, chocolate, chocolate syrup, or other harmless syrup or flavoring, or any combination of these syrups or flavorings, and harmless edible stabilizers as specified in Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations. UHT flavored reduced-fat, lowfat, or light (lite) milk shall be homogenized, processed, and packaged pursuant to Section 39701.
