CA Food & Agri Code § 38184 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

Every container in which skim milk, nonfat milk, or fat-free milk is sold shall be plainly and conspicuously labeled with all of the following:

(a) The words skim milk, nonfat milk, or fat-free milk.

(b) The word raw or pasteurized, as the case may be.

(c) The grade or class of the milk.

(d) The name and address of the distributor.
