CA Food & Agri Code § 34622 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?

Every container of milk, cream, or any product of milk or cream which is delivered to the consumer by any retailer or distributor and which is to be returned to such retailer or distributor shall be rinsed and drained before it is returned.
