ARTICLE 5. Sanitation
Section 24771
CA Food & Agri Code § 24771 (through 2012 Leg Sess) What's This?
A person shall not do any of the following:
(a) Operate a poultry plant which is not sanitary.
(b) Operate a poultry plant in a manner or under conditions which are not sanitary.
