AR Code § 23-4-508 (2012) What's This?

An application for rehearing pursuant to ยง 23-2-422 filed by a party aggrieved by an order of the Arkansas Public Service Commission entered pursuant to this subchapter shall not stay the effectiveness of the order of the commission.
