§ 6-23-307 - Renewal of charter.
6-23-307. Renewal of charter.After the initial five-year period of an open-enrollment public charter, the State Board of Education is authorized to renew the open-enrollment public charter on a one-year or multiyear basis, not to exceed five (5) years.
