27-50-1001. Copies to be obtained.

(a) The Office of Driver Services of the Revenue Division of the Department of Finance and Administration shall obtain a copy of every accident report filed with the Department of Arkansas State Police as required under Acts 1937, No. 300, as amended.

(b) The office shall reimburse the Department of Arkansas State Police for the cost, if any, of preparing copies of the accident reports.
