9-916 Vacancies in departmental membership

9-916. Vacancies in departmental membership A vacancy occurring in the departmental membership of the board shall be filled at a special election. Notice of the election shall be given not less than one week prior thereto. The election shall be called by the governing body upon occurrence of the vacancy. |
