41-888. Annual report

A. Beginning on December 1, 2002, the commission shall submit an annual detailed report to the governor, the president of the senate and the speaker of the house of representatives with copies to the secretary of state and the director of the department of library, archives and public records.

B. The report shall describe the actions taken by the commission and the expenditures made from the fund during the previous fiscal year.

C. The report shall contain, at a minimum, information on each project under construction or completed during the preceding three years. The project reports shall include, at a minimum, information regarding:

1. The completion of or progress on the project and its progress in accordance with the planned schedule.

2. Any adjacent or resulting private investment in the neighborhood of the project.

3. Any changes in the value of property in and near the neighborhood of the project. Property values shall be based on available market data.

D. The report shall contain an estimate of the remaining need for infrastructure investment in traditional neighborhoods throughout this state.
