41-2615 Exclusive remedy

41-2615. Exclusive remedy (L86, Ch. 120, sec. 2. Eff. until 1/1/11) Notwithstanding any law to the contrary, including the provisions of title 12, chapter 7, article 2 and title 12, chapter 9, article 1, this article and the rules promulgated under this article shall provide the exclusive procedure for asserting a claim against this state or any agency of this state arising in relation to any procurement conducted under this chapter. |
