41-131. Arizona blue book; contents; publication; distribution; revolving fund

A. The secretary of state shall biennially following the state general election compile, publish and distribute an official state manual known as the Arizona blue book.

B. The Arizona blue book shall include information concerning the executive, legislative and judicial branches of government and boards and commissions of this state.

C. The secretary of state shall:

1. Publish the Arizona blue book in such number as is authorized by legislative appropriation.

2. Distribute the Arizona blue book to such persons and in such manner as the secretary of state deems necessary or desirable.

D. The Arizona blue book revolving fund is established. The fund consists of any monies appropriated to it as well as any proceeds from the sales of Arizona blue books. Fund monies are exempt from section 35-190 relating to lapsing of appropriations. Fund monies are appropriated to the secretary of state for purposes of compiling, publishing and distributing the Arizona blue book.
