32-122.04 Certification of on‑site workers

32-122.04. Certification of on-site workers A. An applicant for certification as an on-site worker shall be all of the following: 1. At least eighteen years of age. 2. Of good moral character and repute. 3. Trained pursuant to state and federal occupational safety and health administration regulations in addition to annual renewal training required for the handling of and exposure to contaminated materials, chemicals or contaminated equipment and other requirements as prescribed by the board. B. An applicant for certification as an on-site worker shall file an application on a form provided by the board. The application shall include proof that the applicant has successfully completed the requirements of subsection A, paragraph 3. |
