32-1205. Organization; meetings; quorum; staff A. The board shall elect from its membership a president and a vice-president who shall act also as secretary-treasurer. B. Board meetings shall be conducted pursuant to title 38, chapter 3, article 3.1. A majority of the board constitutes a quorum. C. The board may employ an executive director, subject to legislative appropriation. D. The board or the executive director may employ personnel, as necessary, subject to legislative appropriation. |
