2005 Arizona Revised Statutes - Revised Statutes §16-171 Preservation of signature rosters as permanent records
The signature roster of a precinct register shall be retained for at least six years from the date of the election and transfer or disposal shall be pursuant to sections 41-1347 and 41-1351.
