Sec. 11.56.300. Escape in the first degree.

Universal Citation: AK Stat § 11.56.300 (2020)

(a) One commits the crime of escape in the first degree if, without lawful authority, one removes oneself from official detention by means of a deadly weapon or a defensive weapon.

(b) Escape in the first degree is a class A felony.
