Sec. 09.58.090. Special provisions.

(a) This chapter does not apply to any controversy involving damages to the state of less than $5,500 in value.
(b) [See delayed amendment note.] No punitive damages may be awarded in an action brought under AS 09.58.010 — 09.58.060.
