Section 32-5-97Notation of conviction on driver's license. When any person is convicted by any judge for violation of the provisions of Section 32-5-90, the judge trying the case shall note on the back of such person's driver's license in the place indicated, the date of such conviction, the amount of fine or other disposition of the case.
