Section 32-5-93Speed limit between working signs. No driver of a motor vehicle upon any highway of the state shall drive such vehicle at a speed in excess of 15 miles per hour between the warning signs placed on the highway during construction or repairs, when signs are placed not more than 1,000 feet from the place where workmen are actually engaged in construction or repair.
