Section 22-19-101Certification of qualifications, proficiency, etc. The Medical Director and the Executive Director of the Alabama Eye Bank shall certify that no employee shall be allowed to perform eye tissue procurement unless the employee possesses the necessary educational qualifications, standards of proficiency, and fitness.
