Section 9-15-7Disposition of records generally. Said records shall be prepared and kept in duplicate, one copy of each of said records being kept in the files of the state Department of Conservation and Natural Resources and one copy containing the record of the lands pertaining to each department or institution of the state, respectively, shall be filed with such department or institution.
