Section 9-11-307Penalties for violations of provisions of article, etc. Any person violating any of the provisions of this article or any rule or regulation promulgated by the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources under the authority of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined not less than $25.00 nor more than $100.00 or imprisoned for not less than 30 days nor more than 12 months, or both.
