Section 41-9-648Compilation of information and statistics pertaining to disposition of criminal cases. The Administrator of the Department of Court Management or the chief administrative officer of any other entity that is charged with the compilation of information and statistics pertaining to the disposition of criminal cases shall report such disposition to the ACJIC within a reasonable time after formal rendition of judgment as prescribed by the commission.
