Section 41-9-629Forwarding of data to Criminal Justice Information Center by Department of Public Safety. The Alabama Department of Public Safety shall forward to ACJIC within a reasonable period, not to exceed 72 hours, all data collected pursuant to Sections 41-9-623, 41-9-627 and 41-9-628.
