Section 35-2-29Advisory board - Duties. The advisory board shall assist the commissioner of conservation and natural resources and the chief of the division of land surveys in formulating the policies of said division in the performance of its functions and duties and shall advise the commissioner of conservation and natural resources concerning any matter relating to the functions and duties of said division.
