2006 Alabama Code - Section 22-40A-18 — Violations.

Any of the following actions shall constitute a violation:

(1) Transporting scrap tires in violation of this chapter.

(2) Delivering scrap tires to a facility not approved to accept tires pursuant to this chapter.

(3) Illegal storage or disposal of processed tire material.
