Feisal Omar appeals from the 48-month term of probation imposed after he pleaded guilty to one count of fourth degree assault-domestic violence and one count of third degree theft-domestic violence. He contends, and the State concedes, that the trial court lacked authority to impose any term of probation exceeding 24 months. We accept the State s concession. See State v. Parent, ___ Wn. App. ___, ___ P.3d ___, 2011 WL 4912853 (Wash. July 25, 2011) (probation limitation of RCW 9.95.210 refers to the cumulative sentence). Accordingly, we reverse and remand for imposition of a term of probation consistent with RCW 9.95.210 and State v. Parent. Reversed and remanded. FOR THE COURT: No. 66356-9-I/2 -2-
