Sergey Basov appeals the conviction entered following his guilty plea to one count of misdemeanor harassment. He contends, and the State concedes, that his plea should be vacated because he pled guilty to an uncharged alternative means, was never apprised of the offense to which he pled, and his plea provided no factual basis for the charged offense. See In re Keene, 95 Wn.2d 203, 207, 622 P.2d 360 (1980) (guilty plea is involuntary if defendant was not apprised of the nature of the charge, and plea must be supported by a factual basis).
