See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3. On May 20, 2016, this Court notified Appellant that the filing fee was due in this appeal. Appellant was also advised that the appeal could be dismissed without further notice if the filing fee was not paid on or before May 31, 2016. See TEX. R. APP. P. 5, 42.3(c). The deadline for paying the filing fee has passed, and Appellant has not complied with the Court’s request. Because Appellant has failed, after notice, to comply with Rule 5, the appeal is dismissed.
