The motion informs the court that appellants no longer desire to appeal the current order entered by the County Court at Law Number 1 of Cameron County, Texas on December 18, 2020. The Court, having considered appellants’ motion, is of the opinion that the motion should be granted. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a). Therefore, appellants’ motion to dismiss is granted and the appeal is hereby dismissed. Costs will be taxed against the appellants. See TEX. R. APP.
