MEMORANDUM OPINION Before Chief Justice Contreras and Justices Longoria and Perkes Memorandum Opinion by Chief Justice Contreras Appellants Diversified Site-Work, Inc. and Water Oak Development Group, LLC. filed an appeal in this cause from judgments entered by the 410th District Court of Montgomery County, Texas. 1 Appellants have now filed a motion to dismiss their appeal against appellees Southbrook Development Corporation, Wesley C. Anderson, Lacey M. Anderson, Callum R. Cook, Kimberly A. Cook, and Keenon Rayner. Having considered the documents on file and appellants’ motion, this Court is of the opinion that the motion should be GRANTED, and the appeal should be dismissed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(a). Appellants’ appeal in this cause is hereby DISMISSED. Costs will be taxed against appellants. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(d) (“Absent agreement of the parties, the court will tax costs against the appellant.”).
