MEMORANDUM OPINION Before Justices Rodriguez, Contreras, and Benavides Memorandum Opinion by Justice Rodriguez Appellant, Valley Baptist Medical Center a/k/a Tenet Healthcare Corporation, perfected an appeal from a judgment entered by the 404th District Court of Cameron County, Texas, in cause number 2016-DCL-07867-G. Appellant has filed an agreed motion to dismiss the appeal on grounds that the parties have reached a comprehensive resolution of their dispute. The agreed motion requests that this Court dismiss the appeal. The Court, having considered the documents on file and appellant’s agreed motion to dismiss, is of the opinion that the motion should be granted. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(a). Accordingly, we lift the stay previously imposed in this case, we grant appellant’s agreed motion to dismiss, and we DISMISS the appeal. In accordance with the agreement of the parties, costs are taxed against the party incurring same. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(d). Having dismissed the appeal at the parties’ request, no motion for rehearing will be entertained, and our mandate will issue forthwith. NELDA V.
