This cause is before the Court on real party in interest's unopposed motion to dismiss petition for writ of mandamus pursuant to settlement. The unopposed motion to dismiss petition for writ of mandamus pursuant to settlement is GRANTED, and the petition for writ of mandamus is hereby DISMISSED.
