The State of Texas, Appellee FROM THE 264TH DISTRICT COURT OF BELL COUNTY, NO. 83209, THE HONORABLE PAUL L. LEPAK, JUDGE PRESIDING MEMORANDUM OPINION Appellant Latiquwa Irene Willis seeks to appeal a judgment of conviction for aggravated assault with a deadly weapon against a person with whom she had a dating relationship. See Tex. Penal Code ยง22.02(b)(1). The trial court has certified that (1) this is a plea-bargain case and Willis has no right of appeal, and (2) Willis has waived the right of appeal.
