TRIANA, JUDGE PRESIDING MEMORANDUM OPINION The parties have filed a joint motion to dismiss, advising that they have settled their underlying disputes. The parties further request that we set aside the district court’s judgment without regard to the merits and render judgment effectuating the parties’ settlement agreement. We grant the parties’ motion. Accordingly, we set aside the district court’s judgment and render judgment dismissing the cause, including all claims and counterclaims, with prejudice; ordering that the parties proceed with and complete the Second Payment to Mr. Laguarta and all other obligations set forth in their settlement agreement; discharging Atlantic Specialty Life Insurance Company as surety on the supersedeas bond filed in the district court; and ordering that each party shall bear its own costs.1 We direct the Clerk to issue the mandate immediately.2 1 See Tex.
