TEXAS COURT OF APPEALS, THIRD DISTRICT, AT AUSTIN NO. 03-17-00656-CV In re Leslie Ray Turner ORIGINAL PROCEEDING FROM SAN SABA COUNTY MEMORANDUM OPINION Relator Leslie Ray Turner, an inmate in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, has filed a pro se petition for writ of mandamus, see Tex. Gov’t Code § 22.221; see also Tex. R. App. P. 52.1, asking this Court to compel the Honorable J. Allan Garrett, presiding judge of the 33rd District Court of San Saba County, to “hold a hearing, consider and rule on” a motion entitled Post-Mortin [sic] Discovery Motion for Clerk’s Records and Transcripts in which relator seeks a free record for purposes of filing an application for writ of habeas corpus, see Tex. Code Crim. Proc. 11.07. The petition for writ of mandamus is denied. See Tex. R.
