C-1-PB-14-001893, HONORABLE GUY HERMAN, JUDGE PRESIDING ORDER AND MEMORANDUM OPINION PER CURIAM The appellant, Katherine Yager Rogers, has filed a motion to abate her appeal, advising that ongoing activities relating to transfers of interests in a trust may resolve primary complaints in her appeal. She requests abatement for a period of ninety days. There has been no objection to the motion. We grant the motion and abate this appeal until January 18, 2018. On or before that date, Katherine should either (as applicable) file a motion to reinstate and to dismiss the appeal or file a report advising the Court if any extension of the abatement is warranted.
