Appellants state that the parties have reached an agreement and that appellees do not oppose the motion, and they request that we remand this case to the trial court for further proceedings. Accordingly, we grant appellants’ amended motion, dismiss this appeal, and remand to the trial court for further proceedings. See Tex. R. App. P. 42.1(a)(1).1 1 We dismiss as moot appellants’ original unopposed motion to dismiss.
