TEXAS COURT OF APPEALS, THIRD DISTRICT, AT AUSTIN NO. 03-17-00195-CV In re Murco Wall Products, Inc. and Murphy Wall Products International, Inc. ORIGINAL PROCEEDING FROM TRAVIS COUNTY MEMORANDUM OPINION In April 2017, relators Murco Wall Products, Inc. and Murphy Wall Products International, Inc. requested that this Court abate the proceeding, explaining that they had settled their dispute with the real parties in interest. The Court abated the proceeding and requested that relators file a motion to dismiss the proceeding or a status report no later than May 19, 2017. On June 23, the Clerk of this Court notified the parties that their response was overdue and requested that a status report be filed on or before July 3. To date, this Court has received no response from any party in the case. Accordingly, we dismiss this proceeding for want of prosecution. See Tex. R.
