TEXAS COURT OF APPEALS, THIRD DISTRICT, AT AUSTIN NO. 03-16-00790-CV Comal Trace Homeowners Association, Appellant v. C20141453C, HONORABLE DIB WALDRIP, JUDGE PRESIDING MEMORANDUM OPINION In February 2017, this Court abated the appeal and remanded the cause to the trial court to address issues related to whether appellant Comal Trace Homeowners Association had properly authorized the appeal. While the appeal was abated, the parties entered into settlement negotiations. The parties have now filed a joint motion to reinstate and dismiss the appeal, explaining that they have settled their dispute. We grant the motion and reinstate the appeal, dismiss all pending motions, and dismiss the appeal. Appellate costs will be taxed against the party that incurred them. See Tex. R.
