The State of Texas, Appellee FROM THE DISTRICT COURT OF TRAVIS COUNTY, 200TH JUDICIAL DISTRICT NO. D-1-AG-15-000553, HONORABLE KARIN CRUMP, JUDGE PRESIDING MEMORANDUM OPINION Appellant’s brief was due on November 10, 2016. On December 9, 2016, this Court notified appellant that his brief was overdue and that a failure to respond by December 19, 2016, would result in the dismissal of this appeal for want of prosecution. On December 19, 2016, appellant filed a motion for extension of time to file his brief requesting an additional 30 days to file his brief. The Court granted that request, extending the due date for the brief to January 19, 2017.
