CLAWSON, JR., JUDGE PRESIDING MEMORANDUM OPINION PER CURIAM Previously, on the parties’ agreed motion, we abated this appeal to allow the parties to finalize settlement negotiations. Appellant has now filed an unopposed motion explaining that the parties are still in the process of finalizing their agreement and requesting that we extend the abatement period. We grant appellant’s motion and will abate this appeal until June 12, 2017. We direct the parties to file either a status report or a motion to dismiss this appeal by that date.
