TEXAS COURT OF APPEALS, THIRD DISTRICT, AT AUSTIN NO. 03-16-00412-CV In re J. P. ORIGINAL PROCEEDING FROM TRAVIS COUNTY MEMORANDUM OPINION Relator J.P. has filed a petition for writ of mandamus seeking review of the district court’s denial of her motion to dismiss the underlying suit for an alleged failure to comply with the statutory deadline for the resolution of termination proceedings and filed an emergency motion for temporary relief asking this Court to stay the trial proceedings scheduled for June 20, 2016. See Tex. R. App. P. 52.1-.3, .10. Having reviewed the petition, the motion, and the record, we deny both the petition for writ of mandamus and the emergency motion for temporary relief. See Tex. R.
