TEXAS COURT OF APPEALS, THIRD DISTRICT, AT AUSTIN NO. 03-16-00004-CV City of Austin, Appellant v. D-1-GN-10-003997, HONORABLE AMY CLARK MEACHUM, JUDGE PRESIDING MEMORANDUM OPINION PER CURIAM The Court previously granted abatement of this interlocutory appeal to allow the matter to proceed to final judgment. Counsel for the parties have filed a joint status report informing the Court that the trial court has entered a letter ruling on the matter and requesting that we extend the abatement period to allow the parties to confer on the calculation of interest and for the trial court to enter a final judgment. We will abate the appeal until August 29, 2016. The parties are instructed to file either a status report or a motion to dismiss the appeal on or before August 29.
