AND R.M.L., CHILDREN From the 220th District Court Hamilton County, Texas Trial Court No. FM04117 MEMORANDUM OPINION On October 11, 2019, appellant, Misty Dawn Lasater, filed her notice of appeal in this matter. On June 10, 2020, appellant filed a motion for extension of time to file her appellant’s brief in this matter. We granted appellant’s motion for extension of time and ordered her to file her appellant’s brief by July 6, 2020. Meanwhile, on June 25, 2020, counsel for appellant filed a motion to withdraw as attorney, stating that she has been unable to communicate with appellant for the past six months. On July 7, 2020, we granted counsel’s motion to withdraw and notified appellant that her brief was late and that this appeal may be dismissed for want of prosecution unless, within twenty-one days of July 7, 2020, appellant or any party desiring to continue the appeal files with this Court a response showing grounds for continuing this appeal. To date, we have received no response to our July 7, 2020 letter. Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.3(b). JOHN E.
