Smith, filed a notice of appeal in this Court. On July 7, 2020, we informed appellant that his appellant’s brief was late and warned him that this appeal would be dismissed within twenty-one days of July 7, 2020, unless appellant or any party desiring to continue the appeal filed with this Court a response showing grounds for continuing the appeal.
