IN THE TENTH COURT OF APPEALS No. 10-16-00079-CR IN RE RONALD GENE GRIZZLE, JR. Original Proceeding MEMORANDUM OPINION Relator’s petition for writ of mandamus is denied.1 AL SCOGGINS Justice Additionally, relator has filed numerous motions with his petition for writ of mandamus. Because we have considered all relevant case and the record in this case, we deny Grizzle’s motion for judicial notice of federal law, motion for judicial notice of motions filed and to date unadjudicated in court below, and motion for judicial notice of filed record. We do, however, grant relator’s motion to proceed in forma pauperis and motion to suspend Texas Rules of Appellate Procedure 9.3(a) and 9.4(f). See TEX. R. APP.
