v.
Debra Kennimer-Fletcher and
Norman Fletcher,
Appellees
From the 249th District Court
Somervell County, Texas
Trial Court No. C09829
MEMORANDUM Opinion
Gary Acuncius and Megan Cooke, individually and doing business as GDA Livestock, appeal from an adverse judgment. Acuncius and Cooke were notified by the Clerk of this Court by letter dated February 20, 2008 that the clerk s record had not been filed because they had failed to pay or make arrangements to pay the clerk s fee for the preparation of the record.
In the same letter, Acuncius and Cooke were warned that unless they pay or make arrangements to pay the clerk s fee and notify this Court of the actions taken within 21 days from the date of the letter, the appeal may be dismissed for want of prosecution. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b). More than 21 days have passed, and we have not been notified that Acuncius and Cooke have paid or made arrangements to pay the clerk s fee.
Accordingly, this appeal is dismissed.
