CHARLES AUSTIN

AND ESTHER J. AUSTIN,

Appellants

v.

DOUGLAS REXFORD RANKIN

AND ELIZABETH ANN RANKIN,

Appellees

From the 40th District Court

Ellis County, Texas

Trial Court # 59148

O P I N I O N

Charles and Esther Austin filed this appeal from a temporary injunction order in which they were ordered to remove a mobile home from their property. Prior to a decision in this cause, the trial court entered a permanent injunction. The appellants have filed a notice of appeal from that order as well. Because we now have jurisdiction over the final judgment, this cause is dismissed as moot.
